iiSure™ Technology

A new standard of insulin delivery technology that uses sound waves to measure the actual amount of insulin delivered at every dose.

Breakthrough Features of iiSure™ Technology

Fastest Occlusion Detection2

Detect insulin flow issues up to nine times faster than other AID systems2, potentially minimizing the risk of prolonged hyperglycemia and potential complications for your patients.11

Precision Insulin Measurement10

Ensure accurate insulin delivery with every dose, giving you confidence in your prescribed treatment plans and potentially improving glycemic outcomes for your patients.

Sound Wave
Technology

Leverage cutting-edge acoustic measurement for accuracy in insulin dosing, setting a new standard in diabetes care technology.

The unique iiSure™ technology in the twiist™ Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) System provides the fastest occlusion detection available.2

The technology uses sound waves to directly measure the volume of insulin delivered and includes four checkpoints along the way to help ensure accurate delivery—a technology no other AID system currently delivers1,3-7.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about iiSure™ sound wave technology and the twiist™ AID System.

Does the twiist AID System kick your patients out of "closed loop" mode?

The twiist™ AID System uses preferences for whether closed loop mode is on or off. It will keep "looping" if you have CGM values are available when Loop is “on”. Otherwise, it will return to your pre-programmed basal settings until your CGM values are available.

Can patients use the system in Open Loop mode?

Yes, patients can always switch the twiist™ AID System to Loop Off whenever they choose.

When and where will the twiist AID System be available?

twiist is now available nationwide! Please visit https://www.twiist.com/discover-twiist to learn more about twiist and get connected with us.

Is the twiist Pump available through the DME channel?

To make the twiist™ AID System the best access experience for providers and people with diabetes, we are focusing on making it available exclusively through the pharmacy channel. We are not currently planning to make the twiist AID System available through the DME channel.

Is there a "Caregiver" App for the twiist AID System?

Yes, we know how important the caregiver's role is. We have designed the twiist insiight App for them to remotely see  key diabetes management data updates, including glucose levels, active insulin, and carbohydrate entries from the twiist AID System. Please note that the insiight App is not intended to be a replacement for the information displayed by the twiist System App and should not inform dosing decisions.
